Corporate Housing: Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.

Residential Housing: Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.

Short Term Stays: Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. You will be provided information in your move in instructions about access gates and parking.

Upon move out, please take all keys and access devices (gate card & remote controls) to the Leasing Office. Should the Leasing Office be closed, please drop them in the night drop with your apartment number enclosed. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 713.995.5111. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. Please note: There will be a charge to your credit card should you not return your keys and access devices.
