If you are not home, all Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be held by the postal company until you notify them of when it is convenient to deliver or an alternative address is supplied.

Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
