• The pet deposit "per pet" is $300.00 of which $150.00 is non-refundable.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at Amerige Heights will be comfortable.  Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the community that you are staying.  Each property has a community of its' own, in which you are welcome to take part.  Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience.  If you have any questions about the Amerige Heights, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytome after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you required an early check in please contact us atleast 4 (four) business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

We will provide detailed instructions on how to access your keys from the access boxes upon completion of your reservation paperwork. Please feel free to call us at 800-736-8624 with any questions we may answer about your check-in.

Upon arriving to your apartment you will find a welcome letter providing you with valuable information about Amerige Heights as well as parking assignments, phone number and mailbox number.  Should you have any difficulty, emergency customer service may be called 24 hrs a day at 800-736-8624.

Please note the space assigned to you on your move-in instructions. Guest parking is located outside, uncovered spaces. vehicles not in accordance with parking policies will be towed at the owners expense.

• Please leave all keys and access deices (click cards & garage remotes) in a envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter. If you are unable to lock the front door without a key please call Oakwood office for alternative arrangements.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800-736-8624
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice to "Oakwood Corporate Housing" from resident or corporation.
