Pools: There is one pool in the community located next to the office. The pools may used between the hours of 7am to 11pm by using the amenity key provided upon move in.
Fitness Center: The fitness center is located above the cluhouse and can be accessed from 7am to 11pm using the key provided at move in. Residents may bring up to two guests to the fitness center and must accompany their guests while on the premises.
Clubhouse: Is located behind the leasing office in the same building as the gym and may be used from 7am to 11pm.
The community also has basketball, tennis, raquetball, and volleball courts which all close at 10pm.
Brunch is also offered in the clubhouse every other Sunday morning.
There are three coin operated laundry rooms on the property which can be accessed using the gate key 24 hours a day.
There are 3 centrally located mailbox areas throughout the property. For the area closest to your apartment please consult the property map or call our office for further assistance.
The office onsite staff will accept packages on behalf of our residents. There is a weight and height limitation to this service due to limited storage availability on behalf of the community. They will hold packages for only a couple of days then they send the packages back to vendor. Please notify your delivery service for this option. Visitors may call the apartment from the call box outside the main gate and leasing office. To have your name programmed in the box please call the Oakwood office.
Trash: The trash dumpsters are located next to each building. Huntington Breakers also has recycling. Please do not dispose of oversized items in the trash bins.
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am.
