• Up to two cats per apartment.
• Dogs accepted (Breed Restrictions). Weight limit of 50lbs.
• $150 per month pet rent
• $500 pet deposit of which $150 is non-refundable
• Larger size dogs are to be on the first floor units of the building

Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the comunity in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcomed to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

You may check in at the on-site leasing office between the hours of 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM. An Oakwood represenative is available Monday through Saturday during these hours to show you to your apartment.

If you are unable to check in during these hours, please contact our office at 800-773-1500 to make alternate arrangements.

Upon checking in you will be asked to complete the Palazzo East move-in paperwork. This includes: Data Sheet, House Rules, Parking Regulations, and Spa/Fitness Center rules. You will also be asked to provide the leasing office with a photo ID or passport so that they can make a copy for their records. 

You may pick up keys between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date unless alternate arrangements have been made. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you will not be able to pick up keys during these hours.

Parking is located beneath each building. You will be provided with a remote control to access the parking garage and a permit to be displayed on your rear-view mirror. All parking spaces are pre-assigned.
