Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the comunity in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcomed to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. You may check in between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date.
**If you are not able check in during these hours, please contact our office at 800-773-1500 to make alternate arrrangements.
Upon checking-in, please give your automobile information (make, model, year, and license #) to the leasing office staff for their records.

You may pick up your keys in the on-site leasing office between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM unless alternate arrangements have been made.
|

|
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 800-773-1500 with any concerns.

All parking is assigned. Use your key-card to access the parking garage. At move-in, you will be issued a parking permit to hang from your rear-view mirror. Please keep this tag displayed at all times to avoid having your vehicle towed.
|
|
|
Please place all keys, garage remotes, access cards, parking permits, etc., in an envelope marked with your apartment number. Please return the envelope to the on-site leasing office. If you are checking out after office hours, please place the envelope in the drop box next to the leasing office door.
