Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. You may check in between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date.
**If you are not able to check in during these hours, please contact our office at 800-773-1500 to make alternate arrangements.

You may pick up your keys in the on-site leasing office between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM unless alternate arrangements have been made.
The leasing office is located at: 1555 N.Vine Street.

Parking is assigned. Please enter the parking garage located off of Morningside. Please note the lower parking structure is for shopping clients only. Please review the parking instructions with your check in procedures to park in the correct space.

Please place all keys, garage remotes, parking permtis, etc., in an envelope marked with your apartment number. Please leave the envelope with the leasing office. If you are checking out after office hours, please leave your the envelope on your kitchen counter.
