Check in instructions will be provided to you via fax, email, or telephone. The instructions will be sent to you after we have received the guest registration paperwork.
We welcome you and hope that your stay with us is comfortable. Please realize that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing. Each property has its own rules and policies. We ask that you abide by these policies so that your stay with us will remain enjoyable.

You may check in at the onsite leasing office between the times of 3:30pm and 5:30pm. If you need to check in after these hours, please be sure to contact an Oakwood Representative as soon as possible to arrange other options for a late check in.

The keys for a check in during office hours will be left at the leasing office. However, if you have requested a late check in, the keys may be sent to you or may be at another location. Please speak to your Oakwood Representative if you need more details.

When you arrive at the apartment community, you will park in the future resident parking. The leasing office will be located in the same area. They will give you the keys and the information to assist you to your apartment.
|
|
|
Parking is underground. It is controlled access parking, but it is not assigned. Upon arrival to the community, you will be given access remotes to the garage.
|
|
|
Check out time is at 9am on the day of your scheduled departure. If you need extra time to check ou, please call you Oakwood Representative, and they will assist in extending your time or date of departure.
Please return all keys, permits, and remotes to the onsite leasing office.
