• Cats and non-agressive dogs up to 30 pounds accepted with a $500.00 pet deposit of which $150.00 is non-refundable.

Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the comunity in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcomed to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

You may check in between the hours of 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date. 

**If you are not able to check in during these hours, please contact our office at 800-773-1500 to make alternate arrangements.

All move-ins are done via lockbox.  The lockbox is located inside the Visitor Parking Garage accessed from 801 E. Walnut Street.  The box is mounted on the wall next to the Handicap parking space.

Parking is located under the building and is assigned. You will be issued a garage remote at time of move in. 

 

To operate the elevator, please swipe the fob key over the grey box in the elevator.  Then press your floor number in the elevator.

Please return all keys, fobs and garage remotes to the Leasing Office in an envelope marked with Oakwood and your apartment number. There is a drop box/slot on the outside wall of the Leasing Office for after-hours drop off.
