A business center is located in the leasing office, offering high speed internet access, fax machine, and copier. Hours are same as business hours.
There is a state of the art fitness center located between the main lobby building and the pool area. The fitness center is available for your use daily from 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
The pool is located just below the leasing office. An access key will be issued to enter the pool area. You must have your pool tag with you at all times while using the pool. The pool is available for your use between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Laundry centers are located on the P1 level of each building. The machines use a credit card device instead of coins. You can purchase and add value to your card at the machine located in the laundry rooms of buildings 320 and 340. You may enter these buildings using you building access key.
Mailboxes are located on the P1 level of each building.
All delivery services will first attempt to deliver your package(s) directly to your apartment. If you are not home at the time of the delivery, your package(s) will be left with the leasing office. You can pick up your packages during leasing office hours with a valid photo ID. Please note, the leasing office is unable to receive large boxes.
Visitors can be allowed in from the comfort of your apartment. At the building entrance there is a Syntex phone system. Your visitors will look up your apartment # and see a 3 digit code. Once they enter the code into the system, your apartment phone will be dialed. When you are ready to give them access, press the number 9 on your phone to unlock the building door.
Internet service it available through Consolidated Services. $50.00 one time installation fee, $100.00 refundable equipment deposit, $50.00 per month. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you are interested in establishing service.
Trash chutes are located on every floor directly across from the elevator.
