• The property accepts cats & dogs up to 35 lbs. with a $500 pet deposit; $150 is non-refundable.
• Not allowed: Afghan Hound, Akita, Australian Cattle Dog, Basenji, Basset Hound, Bedlington Terrier, Bernese, Bloodhound, Boxer, Bulldog, Chow chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, Dogue de Bordeaux, Ella, Foxhound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Husky, Keeshond, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Pointer, Rotweiller, Saint Bernard, Saluki and Weimaraner.

Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

You may check in between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.
