If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.

 

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Plese be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office. See leasing office for details

The community is gated.  There is a pad at the entrance of the property that the visitor must scroll through and find the persons name they are wanting to visit and dial the number provided when found.  When the resident picks up their phone they can buzz the visitor through the gates.
