Check in procedures are simple. You are provided with full information about parking and entrance after you have filled out the appropriate paperwork. Please go directly to the property for check in. The 24 hour Security Staff or Property Staff will have your move in folder that is equipped with all the keys, card keys and parking cards necessary to move in to your new apartment. This also includes area information for your convenience.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 pm on your scheduled day of move-in.

 

If you require an early check in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Your apartment keys will be ready for you to pick up at the 24 hour concierege desk located in the lobby. Welcome packets and guest information is left at the desk with the concierege as well.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

Parking should be arranged prior to move in, you will receive an access card upon check in that will give you access to the parking garage.

• A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60° F and/or the AC at 78° F.
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
• Please leave all remotes, pass cards, and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating
• There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.
• You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
