There is a washer and dryer in every apartment.
There are 3 mail centers
1 is located in front of the clubhouse
1 is located near bldg. #20
1 is located near bldg. #11
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
This is not a gated community and therefore your guest may proceed directly to your apartment.
Trash dumpsters are located throughout the property
