We welcome you and hope that your stay at Avalon at Gallery Place will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of Avalon at Gallery Place. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part, as well as rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about Avalon at Gallery Place, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

- Check in is between 3:30 - 6:00pm in the leasing office located at 770 5th Street, NW, on your scheduled arrival date. Should you not be able to arrive between these hours we can make special arrangements with the concierge on duty. Please notify Oakwood if you will be arriving after hours.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 703.378.8575.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

Once we have received your signed lease agreement we will provide you with property specific instructions on picking up your keys.
|
|
|
- Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 703.378.8575 with any concerns or items you wish to add or exchange.

Avalon at Gallery Place has a parking garage located beneath the building. You will receive a garage clicker and one assigned parking space with your apartment. Vehicles not displaying the parking pass and/or not parking in their assigned space are subject to towing at the owners expense.
|
|
|
- Please drop off your keys, access cards, parking permits to the leasing office located at the building. If the leasing office is closed you can drop them off to the front desk attendant or place them in the rent drop box located by the leasing office.
- Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.
- Your check out time is midnight on the day of your departure.
