Washer and dryer in each apartment.

 

There is a mail center located next to each building. The mailboxes are marked with the last 2 digits of the apartment number.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Visitors must call the guest from the call box located outside of the gate to be buzzed in.

Each apartment will either have a garage with a driveway or two assigned parking spaces.
