Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The mail center is located next to the clubhouse. The mailboxes are marked with the apartment's street address.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood Worldwide is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests: however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors must call the guest from the call box outside of the gate to be buzzed in. Parking is unassigned. There are detached garages onsite for an additional charge (based on availability).
