- Keys will be issued at the time of move in
- Keys will include Common Area Access Keys, Apartment Keys, and Mailbox Keys
- Additional sets of keys may be requested at the time of move in.
- Any keys not returned at move out will result in a lock change fee

- Leasing Office is open from 9am to 6pm daily
- 24 hour check-ins are available through our 24 hour doorperson

- There is a parking garage attached to this building
- Entrance is on Clark street
- Pull a ticket upon check in, however if you are paying for monthly parking you will be given an access card.

- All guests must give 30 days notice in writing as to when they will be departing.
- If you need to extend your stay you should call office or the person that originally booked your stay.
- All keys should be returned to the leasing office or the doorperson.
- Express checkout envelopes are available from the office and can be placed in the office drop slot to the left of the leasing office front door.
- Phone bills and incidental charges should be paid in full prior to your departure.
