Concierge is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Washer & dryer facilities are located in the basement. You will need to purchase a card.
Mailboxes are located in ground level by River Street entrance.
This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community’s leasing office if you expect a package but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.
If you are expecting a guest please remember that you are responsible for informing them of community rules and procedures.
There are trash chutes on every floor and a main dumpster in the basement.
