Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The mailboxes are located in the main lobby on the 1st floor to the left of the concierge desk.
Third Square is please to accept packages on your behalf. There is a TV screen that displays any packages delivered with the coinciding apartment number to the left of the leasing office in the main lobby. Please see the concierge to retrieve your package(s). Remember to bring photo identification with you as this is required for all package retrievals.
*Third Square is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however they cannot be responsible for the condition in which these packages are received or for accepting certified/registered mail.
