There are no pets allowed in Oakwood apartments at Watermark.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

You have access to your apartment anytime after 3:30 PM on your scheduled move in date. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Your keys will be at the concierge after 3:30 PM on the day of arrival.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

 

Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 617-723-8050 or 800-724-9660 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Parking is not included with the apartments at this location.  Parking needs to be set up directly with the on-site leasing office.  Please contact them at 617-577-0707 for more information and to reserve your spot. 

• A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment.
• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC at 75F.
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
• Please leave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless if the door locks behind you. All non-returned keys will result in a key charge.
