• Both cats and dogs are welcome at this property (breed restrictions apply).
• Pet deposit is $300 and half of the deposit, $150 is refundable upon move out.

Please ensure that your pet is always under your supervision and is not let loose in offering common courtesy to the other neighbors in the community. It is advised that all litter boxes be kept in a tiled area to eliminate the potential of damages to the crpeted areas of the apartment.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you will all of the information that you need.

• Check in time is anytime after 3:30 P.M. M-F and anytime on Saturday and Sunday
• If you need to check in earlier than 3:30 P.M. prior arrangements will need to be made.

• If you are arriving during normal business hours, your keys will be available for your pick up at the leasing office (photo I.D. required).
• If you are arriving after normal business hours, your keys will be available for pick up at the security desk located in the lobby (photo I.D. required).

• Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible.
• Please call us at 877.969.8953 with any additional needs, requests or concerns.

• Parking arrangements will need to be made prior to your arrival and thus you must request parking at the time of making your reservation to ensure a parking space.
• Access gates secure the parking garage and you will need to pick up your move in keys which will include a fob and hang tag prior to entering the garage. The fob will provide access to both the garage and the building.
• There is access from the garage directly into the building.
• Unless you have received your parking access card or fob prior to your arrival, your access card or fob will be located at the leasing office or concierge desk with your move in keys.

• You are required to provide Oakwood a thirty (30) day notice to vacate.
• On the day of your move out, please leave all access cards, fobs and parking permits in the express return envelope that was provided in your apartment or simply label an envelope with you name and apartment number and leave them on your kitchen counter.  The door can remain unlocked.
• There is a $50.00 fee for every non-returned access card, fob and parking permit. If you choose to extend your stay, please call Oakwood at 877.969.8953 between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
