- Each apartment is eqiupped with a washer and dryer in a seperate washing area or seperate closet area.
- There are several local dry cleaners located conveniently within a close proximity to the community.
- Please note that these businesses and dry cleaners are not affiliated with Oakwood Worldwide.
- In garden style buildings mail boxes are located at the base of the apartment stairs for each building.
- In high rise buildings the mail boxs are located in the main lobby area in proximity to elevators.
- If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery service are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail.
- Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identificatin and package slip at the community leasing office.
- Visitors will need to arrange parking and access to the building unless there is open parking and open access to the building.
