The Management Office is open the following hours:

Monday-Thursday 9:00-6:00

Friday 9:00-5:00

Saturday 10:00-4:00

Sunday 12:00-4:00

Each home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

Mail boxes are located in the lobby of each building.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to Management Office . All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community’s leasing office if your expect a packages, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or the other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.
