We welcome you and hope that your stay at Plantation Park will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the Plantation Park community. Remember that Plantation Park has a community of its own which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you and your neighbors. If you have any questions about this community, we will be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need. At the time of your reservation, you will receive information on checking into your apartment.

Our standard check in time is 3:30 pm. We will send you your move in instructions as soon as we receive your signed reservation paperwork. There will be a lockbox on your door prior to your arrival.

You will be able to pick up your keys anytime after 3:30 pm on the day of your check in out of the lockbox on your door. Please make sure that you bring your move in instructions to insure a smoother check in. When you receive your keys make sure that you have two door keys and one mailbox key.

Once you have arrived at your apartment make yourself at home. We have made every effort to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 704-588-4668 with any concerns.

There is a controlled access parking gate. We will provide you with the gate code prior to your arrival. Parking is open except in reserved spaces or in front of garages. Illegal parking is subject to towing at the owners expense.

Please remember to remove all of your personal items as well as any trash from your apartment. You do have until midnight to vacate. Please leave all of your keys, access cards and remotes on the kitchen counter with the exception of 1 door key. Please lock the door as you leave and place the door key in the envelope we have provided labeled with your name and apartment number. Drop this key at the property leasing office as you leave.
