A $300.00 non-refundable pet fee is required per pet.  Up to two pets per apartment allowed.

Dogs up to 60 pounds allowed on first floor only.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at Summit Stoncrest will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the Summit Stonecrest community. Remember that Summit Stoncrest has a community of its own which you are wecome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you and your neighbors. If you have any questions about this community, we will be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need. At the time of your reservation, you will receive information on checking into your apartment.

Our standard check in time is 3:30 pm. We will send you your move in instructions as soon as we receive your signed reservation paperwork. Please remember to bring these instructions with you to ensure a smooth check in. If you have any questions please call us at 704-588-4668.

Your keys will be placed in a lockbox on your door prior to your arrival date. When you arrive at the apartment community you will be able to go straight to your apartment. You will not need to check in with anyone. Please remember to take your keys out of your lockbox after 3:30 pm.

Once you have arrived at your apartment make yourself at home. We have made every effort to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 704-588-4668 with any concerns.

There are no gates to enter and parking is open. Do not parked in reserved spaces or in front of garages. Illegal parking is subject to towing at the owners expense.

Please remember to remove all of your personal items as well as any trash from your apartment. You do have until midnight to vacate. Please leave all of your keys, access cards and remotes on the kitchen counter with the exception of 1 door key. Please lock the door as you leave and place the door key in the envelope we have provided labeled with your name and apartment number. Drop this key at the property leasing office as you leave.
