This property allows cats. There is a limit of 2 cats per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your cat. A pet deposit of $300 is required prior to check-in, of which $0 is refundable.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable.  Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the property in which you are staying.  Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part.  Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you.  If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800-724-9660 or 617-723-8050.

Your keys will be shipped to you by Federal Express, to an address you specify, 72 hours before your move-in date.  This allows you to arrive on your schedule without having to check in with an office.

Parking is free.  Once inside the property, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• A 30-day notice is required before vacating your apartment.
• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 65F and the AC at 75F
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
• Please leave all keys and pass cards in your apartment when vacating, regardless if the door locks behind you.  All non-returned keys will result in a $300 key charge.
