We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available anytime after 3:30 pm on your specified arrival date. You may request and early check in. We ask you to contact us a full business day before your arrivial so we can check availability.

Keys will be in lock box outside apartment. Code to be provided prior to arrival. Lock Box code will be provided with your move in instructions.
|
|
|
Upon arriving at your apartment, we ask that you read through your Welcome Binder. The Welcome Binder will provide information about your apartment as well as Oakwood Corporate Housing contact information. We also ask that you view your entire apartment and notify Oakwood of any defects or items that do not meet your expectation.
|

|
Each apartment will have a one car garage. The other parking spaces are on a first-come, first serve basis. Please foolow any parking rules the property may have posted in that area. There are no access gates.
|
|
|
- Please have all keys and access devices (swipe cards) in the envelope provided, and leave them on the kitchen counter. A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fees for replacement of these items are $25 per key/acces card and $50 per remote/opener.
- If you are extending your stay, please contact the local office at 800.872.1090
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
