Dog and Cat Friendly Community: This community allows two pets per apartment. Pets 50 lbs and under are wwelcomed at this community, however, some dog breeds are restricted.  No exotic animals. Please ask your housing representative for more details. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet.

 

 

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this community will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the community in which you are staying. Each community has a neighborhood of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you and your neighbors. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 520-622-1075.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 520-622-1075 or 1-800-215-6595 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Your move-in paperwork will provide you with detailed instructions on gate access codes and parking at your community.

Check out time is 11:00 AM.  Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter. · In the event that you need your apartment key to lock the door when you leave, please leave all access devices on the kitchen counter, place the apartment key in the envelope provided and leave at the leasing office located on the property. · If keys and access items are not returned upon move out or have been lost, you will be charged a replacement fee of $25 per key/access card and $50 per remote/opener. · If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 520-622-1075. · When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
