We welcome you and hope that your stay at Monaco Park will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of Monaco Park. Monaco Park has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 702.7371277 or 800.251.2334.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

 

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 800.251.2334 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

• All guests are required to use the gate access card(s)remote controls, or gate codes to enter the premises.
• One assigned parking space is provided for each guest.
• Additional parking is available first come, first served.
• Vehicles must be in operating condition with current reigstration.
• Vehicle storage is not permitted.
• Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only.
• Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.

• Please leave all keys and access devices (gate access cards) in the envelope provided at the Rental Center.  If after hours, please drop in the Night Deposit Box, located at the Rental Center.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office at 702.737.1277.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer will require a thirty (30) day written notice from you or your corporation.
