All guests are required to use the gate access card/codes and/or remote controls to enter the premises.
One assigned parking space is provided for each guest.
Additional parking is available first come, first served.
Vehicles must be in operating condition with current reigstration.
Vehicle storage is not permitted.
Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only.
Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.
Please leave all keys and access devices (gate access cards) in the envelope provided at the Rental Center. If after hours, please drop in the Night Deposit Box, located at the Rental Center. If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office at 702.737.1277. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer will require a thirty (30) day written notice from you or your corporation.
