Each property has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information you need.

• Please leave all keys in the envelope provided in your move-in packet and drop off at the leasing office.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 216.642.9020.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation
  

Spefic information will be e-mail to you prior to move-in. But please have all your registration paperwork filled out and returned back to Oakwood corporate housing. Your apartment will be available after 3:30 p.m. day or move-in.

Welcome!!!! In your move-in packet their should be a site map for you, if not please call the rental property and they will give you any assistance that you may need on getting around on property.

their is no assigned parking, but their is a gated private garage onside for you and your guest. Please contact the rental office for more details.
