We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information you need.

After 3:30pm on the date of move in but before you move-in please make sure that all your registration paperwork is completed and given back to Oakwood Corporate Housing. We want to make your move-in and stay here a pleasant one!!!!!! If you do not receive your paperwork please let us know and we will be more than happy to give you another one.

Check in time is after 3:30pm and we will place a lockbox on your apartment door.  The lockbox code will be given to your prior to move in.

 

We will place a lockbox on your apartment door and provide you with the combination prior to your move in date.

Please have all registration paperwork completed before move-in.

Ample unassigned parking is outside your building.  This is not a gated community.

• Please leave all keys in the envelope provided in your move-in packet and drop off at the leasing office.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 216-642-9020.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of 30 days or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice.
• Remove all food and trash from the apartment along with your personal items.
• Check out  is prior to midnight.
