Full size washer and dryers in every apartment
Currently all mail is being handled by the Leasing Office, you must go there to pick up your mail. Once the Post Office decides on which route the community will be, the mail boxes will belocated outside of each building.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. The Leasing Office and Oakwood are pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. If you are expecting a guest, he/she may proceed directly to your apartment. Please make sure that they do not park in reserved parking spaces. n/a
