We welcome you and hope that your stay at The Village at Lake Wylie will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of The Village at Lake Wylie community. Remember that The Village at Lake Wylie is a community of its own, and has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you and your neighbors. If you have any questions about this community, we will be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need. At the time of your reservation, you will receive information on checking into your apartment.

You will be able to check into your temporary housing at 3:30 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival. Please remember to bring your move-in instructions with you to insure a smooth check-in.

Your keys will be available for pick up any time after 3:30 pm on your scheduled arrival date.  Your keys will be located in a lockbox on your apartment door.  You will receive your gate access card via Fed-Ex prior to your arrival.  Please contact our office at 704-588-4668 immediately if you have questions about your keys.

Once you have arrived at your apartment make yourself at home. We have made every effort to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 704-588-4668 with any concerns.

The access gate remains open during leasing office hours.  After hours, the gate can be accessed using the access card that you will receive via Fed-Ex prior to your arrival.

Please remember to remove all of your personal items, as well as any trash from your apartment. You do have until midnight to vacate. Please leave all of your keys, access cards and remotes on the kitchen counter with the exception of 1 door key. Please lock the door as you leave.  Place the door key in the envelope we have provided labeled with your name and apartment number. Drop this key at the leasing office as you leave.
