Enjoy the comforts of doing laundry at home.  Each unit comes with a full-size washer and dryer.

The mailboxes are located behind the elevators in the lobby area.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.

 

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's Leasing Office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community Leasing Office.

Visitors can acess the bulding by using the call boxes that are located at both entrances. Your phone number will be programed into the call box.  They will look for your apartment number on the screen and call it.  This will dial your phone number.  Simply push "9" to let them in!
