A pet deposit is required in the amount of $400.00 of that $200.00 is refundable.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at The Gallery at Virginia Square will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of The Gallery at Virginia Square. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about The Gallery at Virginia Square, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

• Check In time is anytime after 3:30PM Monday – Saturday or anytime on Sundays on your scheduled arrival date.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 703.378.8575.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

• Keys can be picked up at the front desk on the day or your arrival after 3:30PM
• A fax notification will be sent announcing your arrival.

• Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 703.378.8575 with any concerns or items you wish to add or exchange.

• Parking is by permit only.
• Upon arrival parking passes and permits will be provided.

• Please drop off your keys, access cards, parking permits to the leasing office located at the building. If the leasing office is closed you can drop them off to the front desk attendant or place them in the rent drop box located by the leasing office.
• Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.
• Your check out time is midnight on the day of your departure.
