Corporate Housing: Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.

Residential Housing: Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.

Short Term Stays: Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.

Please inspect your apartment upon your arrival and notify us of any problems as soon as possible. You may reach our office at 703.258.3000. An Oakwood representative will contact you shortly after your arrival to ensure that everything meets your satisfaction and to see if you have any additional needs. Feel free to ask questions or let us know if something is not to your liking...we want you to be delighted with your stay at Oakwood.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Please enter the main entrance. There is an Oakwood Representative available 24 hours to show you your new home, and check you in.

Covered parking attached to building, secured by patrol and cameras.

Parking for one vehicle is included. Each additional car is $100.00/month.

There is unassigned parking in the parking garage.

Guest parking available for $5 per day.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
