Check in time is at 3:30pm on the commencing day of your lease.  Please contact your local office if this conflicts with your schedule and alternate arrangements can be made prior to travelling.

The keys can be picked up at the Oakwood Corporate Housing office in Norfolk, which is just minutes from the Norfolk International Airport.  They can also be shipped via FedEx prior to travelling.  Please contact your local contact for specific arrangements.

Upon arrival, there will be a Welcome Binder with a Welcome Letter in your apartment on the coffee table of the living room.  If you have any questions, concerns, or service requests, please contact your Guest Services Representative, Beth Drewery, at 757-200-7700.

A parking decal is mandatory at this community.  There will be a parking decal in your apartment for you upon arrival.  Please register your vehicle with the on-site leasing staff.  There is no access gate to the community.

Please leave all apartment keys, mailbox keys and Fob's in the apartment upon departure. The bottom lock can be locked and shut the door behind you. There will be a $50 lost key charge for those not returned. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at Ph:757.200.7700 When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty day written notice from the resident or corporation.
