Rental Guidelines
Pet Policy
  • One pet maximum per unit
  • Maximum weight limit 75 lbs
  • All canines/felines must be spayed or neutered
  • All inoculations must be current, proof is required
  • All canines must be licensed wearing collar and current ID tags
  • Owners must provide litter box for felines
  • Owners must clear and dispose of animal excreta in safe, hygienic and responsible manner
  • Canine breed restrictions apply
  • Valid health certificate of the pet per Hangzhou regulations
  • Pet is restricted to the owner’s apartment and must be kept on a leash throughout the EAC/Oakwood complex
  • Pets are not allowed into the public areas, such as lobby, restaurant, bar, swimming pool & fitness center.
  • Access to the apartment via the Bicycle access path Basement 1 - the property will not bear any responsibilites for injury or damages inflicted or sustained by the pet in or on the Oakwood / EAC complex.


Check In Procedure
  • Contact Customer Services for registration
  • Guest Passport and PR China Visa will be photocopied upon check-in
  • Deposit is required upon check-in


Check In Time
  • Check-in time is 2.00pm
  • Early check-in available upon request and availability

Pick up key at front desk


Arriving at your Apartment

 


Parking and Access Gates
  • Secured parking lot with 24 hours security
  • Pass for parking required, pickup at Front Desk upon check-in.


Check Out Procedures
  • Check-out time is noon
  • Key card must be returned to Front Cashier when checking out
  • Half day rent applicable for check-outs from 12pm to 6pm
  • Full day rent applicable for check-outs after 6pm
