Your Residence Key will be handed to you upon check-in.

• A Customer Service Representative will take you to your apartment and will explain the main features of your apartment.
• Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact Customer Services and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Parking availability – JPY2,100/day or JPY 63,000/month. Reservation for car park should be made one month before check-in due to limited availability

• Residents should vacate the apartment on the date of departure no later than 12:00 pm. 
• Requests for check-out beyond 12:00 pm are subject to availability basis. 
• Please note that an Apartment Inspection will be scheduled by our Housekeeping Supervisor before your departure.
