Each apartment has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Mailboxes are located on the 1st floor
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
This is a secured building and visitors must use the callbox at the entrance of the property to call up to the apartment they are visiting to be let in.
