Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a plesant experience for you. From 3:30 PM. to 5:00 PM. If arriving to your temporary home after 5:00 PM. please call so that we may make key arrangements prior to your move-in date.

Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 800.923.0013 with any concerns.

Gates close at 6:00 pm. and reopen at 6:00 am. Resident will need gate card for entry and will have call box for visitors.
|
|
|
- Please bring all keys and access devices (door clickers,gate cards & garage remotes)to the rental office upon vacating your apartment.
- If rental office is closed, please place the keys and access devices in the envelope provided and drop them in the drop box at the rental office. Please record your apartment number on the envelope.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.923.0013 (30) days prior to your move out date.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day notice from resident or corporation.
