Cats and dogs are welcome at the community. No agressive breeds please. There is a limit of one pet per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pets.

 

35 lbs and under: $500 deposit/$250 is non-refundable

35 lbs - 80 lbs: $600 deposit/$300 is non-refundable

 

 

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Specific arrangement regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800.923.0013 or 225.753.0033

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. Parking is open and unassigned. Please do not parking in area's that are reserved, numbered, or a no parking zones, it may result in a fine or being towed. If you coordinated a reserved, covered or garage prior to your move-in please refer to your move-in instructions. • When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
• Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.
• Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office.
