We welcome you and hope that your stay at Bexley Commons At Rosedale will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the Bexley Commons At Rosedale community. Remember that Bexley Commons At Rosedale is a community of its own, and has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you and your neighbors. If you have any questions about this community, we will be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

At the time of your reservation, you will recieve information on checking into your apartment.

You will be able to check into your temporary housing at 3:30 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival.  Please be sure to bring your move-in instructions with you to insure a smooth check-in.

We will provide you with key pick-up instructions after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you. 

Once you have arrived at your apartment, make yourself at home.  Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible.  Please call us at 704.588.4668 with any questions or concerns.

No access gates.  Parking is open and available on a first-come first-served basis.

Please remember to remove all of your personal items as well as any trash from your apartment. You do have until midnight to vacate. Please leave all of your keys, access cards and remotes on the kitchen counter with the exception of 1 door key. Please lock the door as you leave and place the door key in the envelope we have provided labeled with your name and apartment number. Drop this key at the property leasing office as you leave.
