Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
If you require an early check in please contact us at least one full business day in advance of your move-in for availability. We will try our best to meet that need.

Specific arrangements regarding on how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not recieve your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 973-812-6200.

Upon arrival, please review your Welcome Binder. This binder will include information about your apartment and contact information with Oakwood Corporate Housing. Please notify and Oakwood Representative if you notice any defects or if any expectations are not met.
|

|
This community has an open parking policy. There are no access gates and the open parking, which you are eligible for, are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please follow any parking rules that may be posted by the property.
|
|
|
- Please leave all keys and access devices (swipe cards or garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter. A fee will be charged for any lost items. The fee for replacement of these items are $25 per key/access card and $50 per remote/opener.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.872.1090.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation
