Stackable Washer and Dryer are located in each apartment home for your convenience

Mailboxes are located in the rear of the main lobby.

The Management office and the concierge will accept packages for our guests upon signing a "package waiver" which can be picked up at the Management office.

"For standard situations: If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the management office located on the 2nd floor. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office."

Visitors are required to sign in at the front desk. If you are expecting a guest, he/she may proceed directly to your apartment. Please make sure that they do not park in reserved parking spaces.
