- Food Delivery: A variety of food including sushi, pizza, pork cutlets and curry, can be delivered to your door step; please refer to the delivery menu file in your apartment. Contact Customer Services for orders.
- Taxi Service: We can make taxi arrangements on request; please note that Station Wagons require a longer reservation notice. Contact Customer Services in advance for information and reservations.
- Each apartment includes a washer/dryer combination drum unit.
- Professional Guest Laundry and Dry-Cleaning service is also available at charge. Daily pick-up of dry-cleaning and laundry is returned within 24 hours if dropped off at the Front Desk by 10:30 am.
- The residents' mailboxes are located near the front desk operated with a personal pin number.
- Reception will accept and hold packages on behalf of guests.
- During Front Desk's non-operating hours the intercom can be used to receive deliveries directly to your apartment.
- Packages can be arranged to be sent by courier service domestically or internationally at charge.
Packages are accepted as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the Front Desk if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please notify the Front Desk beforehand if your package requires a payment upon reception (i.e. COD, Customs Duty/Tariffs and Consumption Tax)..
