• One small dog (Under 15 kg) or 2 cats or fish(kept in a combined water area of less than 5 Ltrs) are allowed per apartment. 
• Combination of one dog and one cat are allowed but only after confirmation of size of animal.
• The dogs and cats must be at least one year old
• Extra deposit payable in advance and is refundable upon your check-in if there no damage due to the pets
• Extra cleaning fee will be charged on monthly basis
• Two pet maximum per unit (one canine and one feline).
• Maximum weight limit 75 lbs.
• All canines/felines must be spayed or neutered.
• All inoculations must be current, proof must be supplied.
• All canines must be licensed and must wear collar and current ID tags.
• Owners must provide litter box for felines.
• Canine breed restrictions apply.

The standard check-in time is from 15:00. Please inform us in advance if you need to check in earlier. For early check-in, 100% of the room rate will be charged if you check in before 07:00 and 50% of the room rate will be charged if you check-in between 07:00 to 11:00.

Key pickup is at the Front Desk on 5th floor, open for 24 hours.

Before or upon your arrival, you will need to complete and sign a guest registration card and possible other documentation. We will also photocopy your passport for I.D. purposes, and ask for a business card and credit card for card verification only. For the guests who will stay more than one month, it is possible to be required the deposit based on the contract. After accomplishing the above requirements, guests will then be escorted by our staff to their apartment.

To access the residence floor, the elevator will require you to insert your residence key. After inserting and drawing the key card, the number of your residence’s floor on the elevator will light on automatically.

 

We provide one free parking space for every apartment and stickers are distributed to long-term guests and stamps are given daily to short-term guests. Three hour stamps are given to outside visitor of our property residents. Valet parking will be charged for KRW 10,000 within 4 hours and KRW 1,000 will be charged for each additional 15 minutes. Once inside the property, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

* A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
