Property Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 to 6:00

                                 Saturday 10:00 to 5:00

                                   Sunday 12:00 to 5:00

There is a full size washer and dryer in most of the units.  The property also has several on site laundry facilities.

Mail boxes are located throughout the property.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

This is a gated community.  Visitors will need to make arrangements with the guest to gain entry to the property.

Trash dumpsters are located throughout the property for your convenience.
